With our dedicated recycling facilities strategically based to cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire we are able to process and recover material from what would otherwise be deemed as construction and demolition waste that’s would previously be sent to landfill sites.

Process of Material Recycling

The process of recycling aims to turn a previously deemed waste material into a product that can be used again within the construction environment, therefore reducing the dependency and demand for primary rock and aggregates. Due to the geology of Norfolk and Suffolk, sand and gravel are abundant and readily available, however primary graded rock and aggregates must be imported which can be costly for all parties involved. By recovering as much material from waste as possible we aim to provide a sustainable alternative however, to ensure our customers’ needs are always met we operate a tipper fleet and railheads importing over 10,000 tonnes of primary material into the region each week. Within the industry there is growing pressure from developers, designers and government agencies to incorporate recycled materials into the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Our Recycling Capabilities

With our recycling capabilities we aim to play a key role in meeting these environmental targets and minimizing the amount of waste being produced from the construction industry. All our recycled products are produced in accordance with WRAP Protocol and are continuously tested by an independent lab to guarantee consistency and quality in all we do. We pride ourselves on being one of the biggest produces of recycled products in the region, with a fleet of jaw crushers, crushing buckets and screeners at various locations enabling us to produce a variety of materials catered to our customers needs.
